Spaghetti Bolognese

Inspired by the Italian sector of Boston known as “The North End”. This is a full rich meaty beef sauce, created from imported tomatoes, fresh basil, red wine, onions, garlic, carrot, red pepper, anchovy essence (for natural salt) and olive oil served with garlic bread


Chicken Parmesan Linguine

Fresh chicken breast pounded, dusted, egg-washed and coated with our own Italian-style breadcrumbs. The chicken is flash fried, then covered with our signature homemade marinara topped with imported mozzarella and finished in our ovens. Served on a bed of linguine with garlic toast


Meat Lovers Stromboli

Stromboli is a rolled baked, pizza-dough sandwich. Ours is baked with pepperoni, spicy Mexican beef, chorizo sausage and mozzarella cheese. served with a side of our signature homemade marinara for dipping


Hickory BBQ Ribs

Our ribs are made with a homemade spice rub, slowly cooked so the meat is falling off the bone. We then baste them in our own homemade hickory BBQ sauce and finish them off on our grill. Served with fresh hand-cut fries, and grilled corn on the cob, and a side of our signature BBQ sauce
