Angkor Spicy Sparerib Sandwich Ok let’s face it for the people in the know this is my version of the beloved McDonald’s “The McRib” sandwich. First, we make a dry rub that we place on local pork ribs and pork shoulder of paprika, dark brown sugar, kosher salt, ground mustard, freshly ground black pepper, coriander seed, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. Once the flavors marry together then we slowly grill it on a BBQ basing the meat in our special homemade barbecue sauce making it tender, juicy, and covered in barbecue sauce topped off with kosher pickles and onions and served on a soft roll w/ French Fries. One bite and you'll be in heaven!
